DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM · EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Take part in the evolution of AuxiTrack into new operating environments.

TICsPoint selects a limited number of organizations to validate and develop the expansion of AuxiTrack into distributed equipment and infrastructure operations.

Apply as a Design PartnerSelective program · Limited availability.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Secure advantages from day one.

A solution aligned with your business

We work with real scenarios, processes and constraints to address concrete challenges in field operations.

Direct and priority support

Direct access to the Product and Engineering teams throughout onboarding, validation and solution evolution.

Preferred commercial conditions

Early access and specific commercial conditions for participating organizations that continue with AuxiTrack after commercial launch.

THE PROBLEM WE ARE ADDRESSING

Built around what actually happens in the field

We are looking for organizations that need to reliably capture and connect what happens during an intervention on distributed equipment or infrastructure.

  • what work was performed and on which asset;

  • who participated, when and where;

  • time, travel, observations and evidence;

  • status, priority and intervention compliance;

  • acceptance and traceability at closure;

  • continuity of work when connectivity is limited;

  • subsequent integration with existing corporate systems.

ROADMAP / CO-DESIGN

A proven architecture expanding into new industrial scenarios.

AuxiTrack consolidates its field technology to cover the lifecycle of critical equipment. The co-design program applies this architecture directly to the real bottlenecks in your organization.

AuxiTrack product interface

Our software captures what happens in the field with precision through its own semantics and turns it into traceable, contextualized information that can integrate with existing corporate systems.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Could your organization be a fit?

The program is intended for organizations that:

  • manage technical equipment or distributed infrastructure in industrial, institutional or critical-service environments;
  • perform maintenance, inspections or interventions on assets such as road or urban infrastructure, water and pumping systems, medical or technology equipment, among other comparable scenarios;
  • need to improve traceability of field work;
  • require evidence, context and history for each intervention;
  • use —or need to integrate with— ERP, CMMS/EAM, GIS, corporate identity, BI or other central systems;
  • have real scenarios and users where the solution can be introduced and validated.

BEFORE APPLYING

Frequently asked questions

What is validated through the Design Partner Program?

We validate the extension of our operational core into distributed equipment and infrastructure. AuxiTrack already has a mature platform in production; the program allows that architecture to be adapted to the reality of your field assets before general availability.

How does our organization participate and what level of impact does it have?

Your team contributes the real operating scenario, field workflows and usage feedback. This allows us to prioritize roadmap capabilities that address your key pain points. To ensure scalable software, improvements are incorporated into the platform standard product, combining active co-design with sustained evolution over time.

How does the platform work alongside the systems we already use?

It works alongside your existing stack without replacing it. AuxiTrack captures and structures field information so it can integrate with your central systems (ERP, CMMS/EAM, GIS or BI). The platform specializes in technical-intervention traceability, avoiding overlap with accounting, inventory or telematics tools.

What types of operations are within the scope of the program?

The program is focused on distributed equipment and infrastructure in industrial, institutional and technically complex environments. It is not positioned as a horizontal solution for residential or consumer technical services.

What happens after we submit an application?

We review your operating profile and, when we identify technical alignment, coordinate a short discovery session to evaluate the use case. Formal participation in the program is confirmed after validating that the scenario provides mutual value.

What is the geographic scope of the program?

The standard program is currently available to organizations with operations in Uruguay. Organizations from other countries may also apply; participation is assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the scope and conditions required for field work.
