1. Controller and scope
TICsPoint, based in Montevideo, Uruguay, is responsible for personal data collected through this website when acting as data controller.
Contact: contacto@ticspoint.net.
This policy covers TICsPoint's corporate website, contact forms and related commercial, product and collaboration conversations.
It does not describe processing performed by a customer organization inside AuxiTrack under its own responsibility. Such processing will be governed by the applicable product agreements and conditions.
2. Data we process
When you contact us we may receive your name, email address, company when voluntarily provided, and the content of your message.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form. Turnstile may process technical browser and network signals required to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
Infrastructure providers may also generate technical logs required for security, availability and operation.
We do not request sensitive personal data through the contact form and recommend that you do not provide it unless strictly necessary.
3. How we use personal data
We process data to respond to your request, manage product, commercial, integration or collaboration conversations, protect our services against abuse, maintain security and availability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
TICsPoint does not sell personal data or use contact-form data for behavioural advertising.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may rely on your request, pre-contractual steps, consent where required, legitimate interests related to security and service operation, or legal obligations.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing will rely on the legal bases provided by that framework.
5. Providers and recipients
We use technology providers that may process data only to the extent necessary to deliver their services.
- Microsoft Azure
- Cloud hosting and application services.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- Bot and abuse protection.
- Hostinger
- Email delivery and reception infrastructure.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law, a valid authority request or the legitimate protection of our rights.
6. International processing and transfers
Some technology providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Personal data or technical metadata may therefore be processed outside Uruguay.
Where required, transfers will be handled using the safeguards required by applicable law and the contractual and technical protections provided by the services we use.
Uruguay is recognized by the European Union as providing an adequate level of personal-data protection.
7. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the purpose for which it was provided.
Certain information may subsequently be retained when reasonably necessary for business records, dispute resolution, protection of rights or legal obligations.
Data that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymized or reviewed for continued retention as appropriate.
8. Security and privacy by design
We apply technical and organizational measures intended to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability and to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse.
Our architecture is designed around data minimization, privacy by design and privacy by default.
No Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk. Security incidents affecting personal data will be assessed and handled according to applicable mitigation and notification duties.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing and exercise rights of access, correction, updating, inclusion, deletion or cancellation.
Where the GDPR applies, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise your rights contact contacto@ticspoint.net.
In Uruguay you may also contact the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP).
10. Automation, cookies and security technologies
TICsPoint does not use contact-form data to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Cloudflare Turnstile automatically evaluates technical signals for bot and abuse prevention.
This website currently does not include TICsPoint behavioural advertising or marketing analytics tools. Infrastructure and security providers may use technologies strictly necessary to deliver their services.
11. Legal framework
This policy takes into account Uruguay's personal-data protection framework, including Law No. 18.331, Decree No. 414/009, Law No. 19.670 and Decree No. 64/020.
Where applicable because of territorial scope or processing activities, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant laws will also be considered.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices, services, providers or applicable legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
